The following sample forms and orders are used to ask the court to order a person to do or not do something at the request of another person. These forms are usually filed by attorneys or advocates with the Hopi Tribal Court on behalf of a person requesting assistance. They may also be filed by any person wishing to request court orders without the assistance of an attorney or advocate.
